Refund Request Form

Please complete the form below. Refunds will not be issued without the form. We will review your request within 2 working days. If your request is approved you will be emailed a written affidavit to complete before your refund may be issued.

Common Reasons Why A Refund Is Requested:

The purchased product didn’t function as expected
The product wasn’t compatible with a user’s existing setup
The item was of lesser quality than expected
The customer didn’t understand what it was they were purchasing
The customer changed their mind or decided the product was no longer required
They can’t figure out how to use it
Non-delivery of the electronic product – download issues due to server problems, issues originated from client’s e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties.

We reserve the right to rectify any issues with product performance within 48 hours of being notified.

Upon submission, do you agree to delete any or all parts of any product[s] you’ve pur-chased from us that are included in this refund request?

If you are found to be using our product at least 48 hours after the refund request is granted, you will be invoiced for the full price previously paid for your product and no further refunds will be given. This invoice must be paid within 14 days of the date it is sent. Do you agree to pay for the product if you continue to use it at least 48 hours after the refund is granted?

We reserve the right to check in anonymously at any time in the future to see if you are using any part of our product[s] in violation of the terms of this refund request. Do you agree to this?
